- Cook-a-pot: We want to spoil all our furkids with some nice cooked food. Bring a bowl of cooked chicken, veg and rice. We can then mix it with their pellets.
- We would like to give our rehab dogs each a bowl of cooked food (that’s 20 meals for medium/large dogs)
- Any professional groomers that would like to come to the farm and give all our long haired dogs and the old ones a makeover? If it’s not cold and rainy.
- Bring brushes for grooming.
- We need dog walkers and people who’ll spoil our kitty-cats.
1. Take the N1 towards Paarl
2. Take Exit 34 - stay left in Lucullus street - past Cape Garden Centre
3. At a T-junction turn left into Red Hill road
4. Next T-junction turn right unto a dirt road for +/- 2km
5. Turn right onto a
"sand road" - drive +/- 1 km past "Uitsig Rescue centre"
towards "Lucky Lucy Foundation".
Please note that there are 2 Rescue centres next to one another: You will pass "Uitsig rescue centre"
before arriving at the "Lucky Lucy Foundation". (GPS will not find us
– its on a dirt road).
Watch out for the speed bumps.
