Trappers, Put up or shut up

Oliver Starr has a challenge for any trapper. A well paid challenge. He's offering $20,000 for a trapper to put their hand in a wolf trap and leave it there for 24 hours.  He calls it the "Put Up or Shut Up" Challenge. What a wonderful idea!
