Justin Fire Survivor is a 5 week old kitten who was the victim of a monstrous act of cruelty. He was found on the streets of Philly after being set on fire. He had burns over
2/3 of his little body. He was taken in by Animal Alliance and is receiving treatment at Crown Vet.
