FAW Paving Project
In August 2015, we started our second project at FAW (Fisantekraal Animal Welfare) in Durbanville.
The area outside their clinic was in desperate need of upgrading as it became very muddy in the wet weather making it difficult to keep the area sanitary. Dogs and people alike would come in covered in mud.
In 2013, we paved the area directly outside the facility and extended the roof to provide cover from the elements. The area outside was originally stone chips which was problematic for hygiene and the roof only covered a small area.

Training & Behaviour :: Aversion
I found this helpful article that covers behavioural issues and how to deal with them.
Visit their site here Pooch Paws
Contrary to what you see on the television you can not cure your dog in 60 minutes and there is no ‘magic cure’.
You need patience, hard work, time and a lot of effort to correct a behaviour problem.
Let's not forget the little critters
While most rescue organisations focus on rescuing and rehoming cats and dogs, there are some that specialise in small animals:
Guinea Pigs
SA Guinea Pig Rescue & Rehome (Randburg)
Crazy Cavies SA (Pretoria)
Rabbits, Hamsters & Guinea Pigs
Little Critters Rescue Club (Jhb)
Rats
Mischief Rat Rescue (Pretoria)
Rabbits
Bunville Rabbit Rescue (Durban)
Please visit these sites first if you are looking to adopt or needing to find a new home for your pet.
